Terms of Service
These terms cover our website plans. If anything here is unclear, call us on 437-655-5645 and we will talk it through.
What is included
Every website plan includes design and development, deployment, hosting, your domain, the database, Google Business Profile setup and Trustpilot setup, plus ongoing basic maintenance.
Google Search Console for SEO is included on the Standard, Growth and Complete plans. It is not included on Starter.
Plans differ only in the number of pages. Larger or more complex builds, including ecommerce and custom features, are quoted individually.
What we need from you
You provide the text and photos for your site. We handle the design, the build and everything after it goes live.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included on the initial build.
Ongoing maintenance
Ongoing maintenance covers security updates, fixes and small content changes. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Billing and cancellation
There is no contract. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time.
Hosting, your domain and the database are part of the plan, so your site stays online for as long as your plan is active.
